**Job Description:**
We’re one of the world’s largest providers of transportation and logistics services. Our customers range from small and mid-sized companies up to global enterprises. Our Global Logistics and Distribution business unit provides comprehensive logistics services and warehousing solutions utilizing a global network of distribution centers, innovative technology and supply chain expertise to manage the flow of goods from receiving to storage and order processing to shipment.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic
markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $ 49,680 / year to
$ 92,160 / year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to,
market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,
and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants
may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive
compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments
under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon
a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance,
business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This position is eligible for a bonus based on company performance.

The Transportation I position supervises daily activities of customer transportation management, including data entry, carrier selection, shipment quotes, shipment tracking, and customer support. He/She supports business development and new customer implementations. This position assists with managing carriers and service providers. He/She supports quality assurance objectives and promotes customer satisfaction. This position supervises administrative assistants.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree - preferred.
+ Microsoft Excel skills.
+ Schedule flexibility.
+ Customer service experience - Preferred.
+ Vendor negotiation experience - Preferred.
