Are you a skilled leader with a passion for highway design and project excellence? We are seeking a Transportation Team Leader to join our talented team of professionals in Cranberry Township, PA. In this role, you will lead all highway design efforts within our Cranberry Township office, driving project success and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadershipo Leading a team to successfully deliver highway design projects, including managing schedules, budgets, and resources
o Ensuring the quality of deliverables through QA/QC reviews and sealing plans and reports
Technical & Contract Administrationo Assisting with the preparation and administration of construction contracts to ensure project goals are met
Client Relations & Business Developmento Actively participating in business development initiatives to grow our portfolio of transportation projects
o Representing the firm in project presentations, meetings, and client engagements
o Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure delivery excellence and satisfaction
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil EngineeringProfessional Engineering Licensure in Pennsylvania 5+ years of experience in project managementProject experience must include appropriate software, planning, roadway design; specification writing and construction administrationExperience with transportation permits and processes in PennsylvaniaProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required Proficiency in AutoCAD and Open Roads Designer is a plusExperience with client relations, business development, marketing, proposal preparation, project budgeting and public presentations preferredClient-focused leader and team player, possessing excellent communication, planning and organizational skillsFlexibility to travel to job sites, meetings and other offices as necessary (Valid U.S. driver’s license is required)Legal right to work in the U.S.
