Transportation Transformation Lead aims for the standardization and optimization of the fulfilment and transportation processes in the export platforms responsible of fulfilling both affiliates (intercompany) and 3rd party sales.

The transformation program also aims to improve the visibility layer of detailed shipment events to enable intelligent decision making, avoid risks and improve resilience. This will be done by implementing an overarching layer to collect and govern the E2E logistics processes.

Concentrate on the Transportation transformation and as well the development of the Transportation Control Tower Capabilities. This project will include the implementation of a new TMS solution (e2open) and a Connectivity platform to connect to the Carriers. The role also considers the setup of the New Organization. Support a seamless process design, fit-gap analysis, and a smooth implementation for both projects, making sure that both are integrated into the e2open Orchestration layer.

About you

Experience:

7+ years of experience in leading large-scale implementation and transformation programs/projects, including all project/program phases (Design, Build, Test, Go-Live and Hypercare) in the area of TransportationPrevious Working Experience in a top Consulting firm or internal Consulting/Transformation rolesTMS Implementations, with at least 1 TMS in the Leaders Gartner Magic Quadrant (SAP TM, Oracle TM, BlueYonder, Manhattan Associates or e2Open TMS)Advanced AnalyticsControl Tower Implementations (Technology and Organization)Externalization to Service Provider projects in Transportation is a plusTransportation Management knowledge (including Processes, Technology and Organizations)Understanding of integration between TMS, WMS, Connectivity platform systems with ERPAbility to assess Functional Requirements and convert them into Technical RequirementsUnderstanding of global logistics, supply chain networks and distribution

Education:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or universityMaster’s degree or relevant certifications in Supply Chain is a plus

Languages:

Fluent spoken and written English
