Overview Rehab Without Walls is seeking a responsible individual to fill the role of Patient Transporter. The patient transporter will utilize company vehicles to transport our valuable patients to and from the clinic. Take this opportunity to become a critical part of our care team and provide a necessary service to the patients we serve.  Split Shift: 7AM / 1:30PMPRN: As NeededMonday-Friday- No Weekends  Who we are looking for: Reliable Transporter to drive patients to and from our Phoenix Clinic in company vehiclesIndependently operate and maintain cleanliness and safety of company vehicles, maintaining any issues to supervisor immediatelySafely assist patients with entering and exiting vehicle as neededOther duties as assignedMust have a valid driver’s license; must pass pre-employment and employment screenings, including background check

 

 

Responsibilities Provides and arranges for transportation of clients outlined in the case plan on a timely basisAdheres to all deadlines for documentation. Reports incidents of abuse and neglect according to federal, state, and local standardsCoordinates all appointmentsCollects logs weekly for each clientCoordinates schedule for driversCoordinates billing, submits billing, maintains document records for billingCoordinates standing orders for any new clientsBreaks down dollar amounts daily fore each clientReviews census of logs to ensure billing is correct, completes weekly billing amounts to the finance departmentMonitors vehicle maintenanceOther duties assigned Qualifications High school diploma / General Educational Diploma and one year experienceAbility to effectively and professionally communicate (verbal and written) with all levels of personnel internal and external to company
