Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing required. Master of Science in Nursing or other healthcare related Master’s degree preferred. Certification in specialty preferred (TNCC). Must hold and maintain a Kentucky Nursing License as a Registered Nurse and be in good standing with the Board of Nursing. Minimum three years of trauma nursing experience (ICU, ED, Flight) required and experience in quality improvement and research preferred. Evidence of clinical expertise in the practice of trauma/critical care. Must be self-directed, present information clearly and concisely in both written and verbal form. Demonstrated ability to work positively in collaboration with all healthcare disciplines and departments. Strong computer skills, including knowledge of word processing, database management, spreadsheet development, report writing, statistical and graphical software Skills / Knowledge / Abilities trauma nursing experience (ICU, ED, Flight) required and experience in quality improvement and research preferred. Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing required. Must hold and maintain a Kentucky Nursing License as a Registered Nurse and be in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
