The Travel Advisor will assist in managing and coordinating travel arrangements for Carlisle Construction Materials current employees, customers, and candidates. This role is essential in ensuring that all travel logistics are handled efficiently and cost-effectively, contributing to the overall productivity and satisfaction of our team members.
Please note that this position is a part-time, temporary role with a commitment of up to 30 hours per week, extending through at least May.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services. Ensure travel arrangements align with company policies and budgets. Provide travelers with necessary travel documents and itineraries. Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and reports. Process travel reimbursements and resolve any related issues. Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors for seamless service. Provide exceptional support to employees and candidates by addressing travel-related inquiries and issues. Ensure timely communication of travel updates and changes to travelers. Ensure compliance with all company travel policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
