Customer Success Support Executive (Remote)

Full-time, United States

 

This role will contribute to the satisfaction of client stakeholders and travelers. You are essential in supporting our global client by responding to inquiries, resolving traveler concerns, and providing educational support and solutions. This position will present informative training sessions and communication to enhance end-user experience and introduce new technologies. Staying up to date with industry trends and features is paramount to effectively communicating updates to client audiences to ensure program comprehension and compliance.  This crucial team member will need to be able to "see" the opportunity within the account/traveler's experience and work to resolve it.

 

As a Customer Success Support Executive, you will

 

Monitor and respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, policies, and procedures Support travel categories such as internal policies and travel risk/crisis management Serve as liaison among client stakeholders and travelers by listening, educating, problem-solving, and communicating both verbal and written Work with Global Program Manager on initiatives supporting the Business Plan and strategy of the client Demonstrate and communicate the value that BCD Travel provides to the client Support new travel technology products

 

About you

 

You know travel industry dynamics obtained through agency or procurement experience An understanding of global travel policy and matters Previous experience in a customer service role Understanding of business analysis and project management Proficient with the Internet, Windows, and MS Office products: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook    Communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization    Knowledge of GDS is a plus but not required

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Customer Success Support Executive is between $55,000 and $75,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
