\n \n As part of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for various tasks, including:\n Engaging with clients through phone calls, emails, or chat services;\n Handling inquiries, reservations, changes to itineraries, and payments;\n Offering recommendations for appropriate destinations, travel dates, and costs based on clients' preferences;\n Working closely with the cruise line and be the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on travel arrangements and answering any questions or concerns;\n Using booking systems and software to secure holidays and manage clients travel plans;\n Keeping clients up to date with any changes regarding their travel arrangements and promptly address any concerns or issues that arise.\n \n \n \n

The key qualities we’re looking for:  

\n \n Excellent Italian and English language skills in both speaking and writing (B2 proficiency or higher);\n Communication and customer-service skills;\n Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications;\n Prior work experience in customer service or a related field (recommended, but not mandatory);\n Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work with others towards common goals;\n Creative problem solver with an out-of-the-box approach;\n Attention to detail.\n \n \n

You will work with the Travel Agent team from our location in Iasi and you will benefit from a 6-week on-site training program which will help you develop the required skills and knowledge to successfully assist our clients.
