Travel Analyst

The Travel and Meetings analyst will be primarily responsible for supporting the Global Travel & Meetings Team. Working closely with the team and supporting the regional business from a geographical and segment perspective ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across WTW.
Key activities include: -
Travel/meetings procurement and operations experience - strong knowledge and experience within the corporate travel industry
Strong experience working in all disciplines of the travel industry Strong and effective decision-making capacity, analytical, problem solving and communication skills Effective at interpreting complex and multiple sources of information to make decisions Highly effective collaboration skills, ability to interact with key stakeholders in the organization Managing travel, meetings and events requests Working with legal on negotiation of commercial and contractual terms,ensuring cost competitiveness Work very closely with the WTW global travel team to enhance the colleague experience, whilemaintaining value for the organization. Teamwork and collaboration are key Resolving invoice disputes Being a touchpoint for Travel and other matters Ability to work with remote teams across different geographies Excellent communication skills (oral and written) – able to simplify complex travel/meetings industry concepts into layman’s terms for greater stakeholder understanding Proactive self-starter with a high level of initiative and the ability to thrive in a multi-tasking fast paced environment Experience of Ariba Contract Workspace, DocuSign, Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word, maintaining procedures and policies and contracts and commercial documents
