About This Role:
Are you an experienced T&E professional with a passion for excellence and a knack for customer service? We're looking for a T&E Analyst GBS Procure to Pay to join our dedicated team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for resolving inquiries and managing escalations related to Travel & Expenses. Your goal will be to maintain high standards and ensure a superior customer service experience. By conducting thorough audits and providing expert guidance, you'll play a vital part in maintaining compliance and efficiency within the Procure to Pay (P2P) process. As a key member of our team, you'll assist in bolstering our internal control environment and support the overall financial operations of our organization.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct thorough audits of employee expense reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with the Travel and Expenses (T&E) policy.Address and professionally manage all inquiries or complaints in a timely manner, providing support in Spanish when necessary.Meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with high quality and swift resolutions.Investigate and resolve T&E related issues and queries, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.Generate data for analysis to support local management with insightful reporting.Deliver exceptional customer service, both in writing and orally, in Spanish to employees and other stakeholders.Efficiently manage daily workload and complete tasks distributed within the team.Perform credit card reconciliations and month-end close related activities with precision.Provide support to the team in the resolution of AP T&E inquiries and specific requests.Collaborate with the manager to review logged incidents and conduct root cause analyses using the 5-whys technique.Who You Are:
You are a detail-oriented individual with a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field and possess 2 to 4 years of experience in an accounting or payables processing function. Your background includes corporate experience in T&E or Finance, and you thrive in an international environment. You have a talent for communicating effectively in English, with proficiency in additional languages being a significant plus. With a customer-centric mindset, you excel in providing top-notch support and guidance, ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
This role is in hybrid work model. Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.
QualificationsRequired Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or a similar discipline.2 to 4 years of experience in an accounting or payables processing role.Proven corporate experience in T&E, Finance, or Customer Service.Familiarity with working in an international environment.Experience with Oracle ERP systems (preferred).Fluency in English, with proficiency in other languages (preferred).Preferred Skills:
