Your key responsibilities
As a Travel Center specialist you will play a crucial role in a business by being ‘’right-hand person’’ of key company executives with tasks as:
Ensuring that all processes comply with relevant regulations, policies and standards Providing employees with information about the travel process Assisting with inquires, providing trainings, creating educational materials Leading or participating in project aimed at introducing innovative services Generating reports on travel center performance Collaborating with different Service Lines and Teams to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery Various administrative and ad-hoc task
Skills and attributes for success
You are fluent in English language (C1 level) 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in administrative support / client support You enjoy performing various administrative tasks Excellent communications and organizational skills You are very proactive and open-minded You can work as individual contributor and within a team
To qualify for the role, you must have
Excellent communication and organizational skills Customer orientation Attention to details You possess a good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Ideally, you’ll also have
Professional experience in administrative support
