Travel Certified Medication Aide
JOIN TEAM TRILOGY What You will be Doing: Safely preparing, administering, and documenting all medications used in the health campus. Maintaining resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations. Verifying that any medications brought into the health campus by a newly admitted resident are examined and identified by the attending physician or the facility pharmacy or pharmacist. Following health campus policies and procedures regarding the destroying of medications. Participate in daily nursing report along with daily electronic documentation. Assist residents with daily needs such as, but not limited to personal hygiene activities, dressing/undressing, lifting, and transporting when needed. Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when warranted. Work with a high quality, collaborative team. Where You will be Going: Regional Travel Defined as travel for work assignment up to two (2) hours from home address, where license or certification is applicable. -or- Full Travel Defined as travel for work assignment across the Company’s footprint. (IN, OH, MI, WI AND KY) where license or certification is applicable. Full-time, 12-hour shifts with block scheduling for overnight stays! Mileage and meal reimbursement provided! WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Active and in good-standing Nurse Aide certification. Active and in good-standing Medication Aide certification. (QMA, KMA MA-C) Every other weekend and holiday work availability. At least one year’s experience as a Certified Medication Aide preferred. At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
