CVP is currently seeking a Travel CT Technologist to support operations at the White River Junction VA Medical Center located at 163 Veterans Dr, White River Junction, VT 05009. Services to be provided include the full range of CT Imaging care for inpatient and outpatient VA patients to include call shift. Multiple shift schedules with on-call service are available.
Night Shift:
Week 1: Sunday 2400-0800, Thursday 2000-2400, Friday 2400-0700; 2000-2400, Saturday 2400-
0800; 2000-2400
Week 2: Sunday 2400-0800, Wednesday 2000-2400; Thursday 2400-0600; 2000-2400, Friday 2400-
0700; 2000-2400, Saturday 2400-0800; 2000-2400
Rate:
Weekly Rate - $4,100 (Base pay 2,400, Per Diem 1,700)
Additional travel and mileage coverage provided
Duration: 6 months (Starting 2/1/25)
Responsibilities Provides CT Imaging care covering the range of services that would be provided in a state-of-the-art civilian medical treatment facility, at a standard of care that equals or exceeds VA Standards and the TJCAdheres to the ARRT Practice Guidelines and Technical Standards in the science of radiology to improve the quality of services to VA patientsPromotes the safe and effective use of diagnostic radiology through the utilization of specific training, skills, and techniquesPerforms organ-specific and subspecialty-specific imaging including:CT Diagnostic ImagingAbdomenPelvisNeuroradiology ImagingCadiovascular / ExtremityCardiacPerforms related administrative tasks Qualifications Associated Degree in Radiologic TechnologyCompletion of a CHEA- and JCERT-accredited Technologist training program ARRT (CT) certification is requiredAmerican Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is requiredA minimum of two (2) years of proven clinical experience in CT Imaging in a Level 1 hospital settingMust have proven clinical work experience within the past 12 monthsPrior work experience with the GE-64 750HD and Siemens SOMATOM Force is preferredPrior VA experience is desirableNo sponsorship available
