In the role ofTravel Demand Modeler, we'll count on you to:Develop, calibrate, and validate travel demand models in VISUMUse GIS for spatial data analysis and visualizationAnalyze and summarize data in Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reportsAnalyze and interpret transportation data to support planning and decision-making processesPrepare detailed reports and presentations using MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS ExcelPreferred QualificationsDegree in Transportation Engineering or Urban Planning or Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or Statistics or Data Science or Computer ScienceMinimum of 5 years of experience working with travel demand models, particularly VISUMStrong knowledge of GIS, Power BI, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS WordExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and presentation abilitiesFluency in Arabic is a plus

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or closely related fieldA minimum of 5 years experience in planning and designAICP certification desiredProficiency with Microsoft Office programsExtensive graphics and report document production experienceExperience with GISStrong oral and written communication skillsLeadership skills and ability to work in a team environmentMay require the ability to travelAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
