**Your Day to Day**
**As a Travel & Expense Intern, you would be working on**
+ Review submitted T&E reports from a compliance perspective
+ Communicate deviations from policy to colleagues who submitted T&E reports and follow-up on corrections / obtain additional approvals for exceptions, if applicable
+ Identify, follow-up and resolve various issues in SAP Concur and NetSuite in relation to travel & expenses
+ Archiving of physical invoices in the Budapest office – presence in the office once a month is preferable
+ Communicate to and support travelers of the company worldwide on various travel matters
**What We’re Looking For**
**As a Travel & Expense Intern, your background will look like:**
+ Ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting or Business
+ Good command of English
+ Concur knowledge is a plus
+ Basic knowledge of MS Excel
+ Pro-active personality, ability to collaborate in a cross functional team environment
