TRAVEL EXPENSE ACCOUNTING ANALYST
Review and approve travel expenses, ensuring compliance with the travel expense policy. Accounting and reconciliation of travel expenses.
Key job functions
Review and approval of travel expenses in Concur. Posting / review travel expenses in accounting. Training of new hires in Concur platform. Analyze and reconciliation of Concur. Hotel reconciliations. AMEX reconciliation, monitoring balances of assigned credit cards. Assist with the payment to travel-related suppliers. Compliance review of travel expenses based on the established policy. Follow-up with approvers on expenses outside the travel policy for correction and compliance with the policy.
Requirements
Fluent in English Microsoft office (Excel, Power Point, Word) ERP (SAP) 3- 5 years of experience in the area. Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Must)
