We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Expense Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for auditing expense reports for team members and employee candidates. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to ensure compliance with our company’s travel policy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Monitor the audit queue to ensure timely auditing and processing of expense reports.
+ Ensure compliance with company travel and expense policies.
+ Perform deep dive audits on an ad hoc basis.
+ Prepare expense data reports as required on a regular and ad hoc basis.
+ Collaborate with fellow Travel & Expense team members to support business operations.
+ Provide timely and exceptional customer service and support to key internal and external stakeholders.
+ Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Experience:** Expense auditing experience is preferred, but not required.
+ **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
+ **Schedule:** 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility for specific work hours..
+ **Communication:** Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ **Time Management:** Excellent time management and organizational skills.
+ **Interpersonal Skills:** Demonstrated ability to maintain consistently positive interactions with internal teams and external partners.
+ **Prioritization:** Ability to prioritize conflicting deadlines with proper escalation of issues as they arise.
+ **Problem-Solving:** Proactive approach to problem-solving.
+ **Attitude:** Flexible, helpful, can-do attitude with energy and enthusiasm.

**Preferred Skills:**
+ Experience in a similar expense auditing or administrative role.
+ Familiarity with online expense reporting tools. Experience with Workday a plus.
+ Understanding of expense reporting trends and best practices.
+ Hourly pay range: $23-24/hr
