As a Travel and Expense Associate, you will administer Empower’s travel and expense reporting system and corporate card program.  You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including assisting associates with filing expense reports, auditing expense reports and providing guidance to associates regarding Empowers travel and expense policy. Additionally, the Travel and Expense Associate is responsible for ongoing system maintenance.
What you will do:Maintain the travel and expense system, including setting audit rules, performing routine system maintenance to ensure interfaces are working properly, and administrator tasksAdminister the corporate card program, to include ordering and deactivating corporate cards, monitoring past due balances, etc.Audit travel expense reports in Concur and validate adherence to travel guidelines and company policiesAssist with workflow management in Concur, including monitoring unassigned and unapproved transactions and preparing month end accrual reportsWork directly with travel expense supplier customer support teams to resolve system-related issues
What you will bring:High school diploma with 3-5 years relevant experience, or an associate’s degree in accounting or a related subjectIntermediate knowledge of data analysis and accrual processesExperience managing a commercial credit card programStrong written and oral communication skills, customer service orientedIntermediate Excel skills

Base Salary Range

$46,100.00 - $63,425.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
