This role is key to managing day-to-day operations in Travel & Expense, supporting system implementations, and driving continuous improvements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Concur, SAP (P01/SRP) financial postings, and system testing (UAT), with additional experience in Appzen or similar AI-driven T&E solutions. You'll work closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth processes and resolve issues efficiently. **Job Responsibilities** + Resolve financial posting failures and support payment follow-ups. + Handle stakeholder queries and assist with technical issues related to T&E systems. + Collaborate with external service providers to resolve employee queries and ensure timely resolutions. + Act as the point of contact for internal stakeholders on T&E matters. + Coordinate with external service providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth system performance. + Participate in UAT testing, validating system configurations and posting functionalities to ensure alignment with business requirements. + Monitor system performance post-go-live, addressing any issues that arise and providing ongoing support. + Assist in the creation of Business Operations Procedures and collaborate with internal teams in conducting system reviews. + Generate and validate reports, ensuring they are accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies. + Work with internal teams to resolve aged cases and bottlenecks in T&E processes. + Manage key vendor accounts and ensure smooth account reconciliation. + Provide support during UAT sign-off and post-release activities, ensuring outstanding issues are addressed. **Background & Skills** + Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. + Hands-on experience with SAP Concur and financial postings. + Strong understanding of SAP P01 and AP processes. + Experience with UAT testing, post-go-live support, and preparing BOPs. + Familiarity with Appzen or similar AI-driven T&E solutions is a plus. + Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. + Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with global teams. + Ability to analyze data and focus on process improvements. + Experience working in a global environment, handling T&E processes across different regions. **Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow** At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
