We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Travel & Expense Consultant to join our global team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our travel and expense processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing exceptional support to our employees.
Job Responsibilities Address and resolve moderate to complex travel and expense (T&E) issues and queries from employees, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Working as a T&E admin role on employee profile management (Concur, SAP, HR data base) Single Point of contact (SPOC) for foreign VAT reclaim process with third party vendor. Coordinating on the VAT reclaim process with our designated business partner. Monitoring and approving the T&E accruals. Clear the credit and lodge card control accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled. Monitor the overall status of credit card and lodge card service provider accounts, addressing any issues that arise. Preparing journal entries and uploading it in Blackline. Generate multiple management reports using data extracted from Concur and other ERP systems, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making. Supporting the document requirements for corporate credit card and lodge card postings. Actively communicate with multiple senior stakeholders across the globe, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment on travel and expense processes. Background & Skills 5-7 years of experience of working in F&A domain and minimum one year of experience of working in SAP Concur. Should have good understanding on the end-to-end process of Travel & Expense.
