**Job Description:** We are seeking highly organized Travel & Expense Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing travel and expense processes using CITI and Concur systems. Your attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks will ensure smooth and efficient travel arrangements and expense processing for our employees. **Key Responsibilities:** · **Expense Processing:** Review and process expense reports submitted by employees through Concur, ensuring compliance with company policies and accuracy in expense documentation. · **Policy Enforcement:** Monitor adherence to travel and expense policies, providing guidance and support to employees to ensure compliance. · **Support and Training:** Provide support and training to employees on the use of CITI and Concur systems, as well as company travel and expense policies. · **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of travel and expense transactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. **Qualifications:** · Experience as a Travel & Expense Coordinator is plus · Experience with CITI and Concur systems. · Strong organizational and multitasking skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. · Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Familiarity with travel procedures and expense management processes.
