Your Key Responsibilities

 

Supporting the Finance Team in receiving, reviewing and checking financial documents for completeness (mainly travel expenses) Active expenses verification Processing Service Now tickets and support for travelers Supporting simple activities done by the Finance Team according to the priorities (hotline support for travelers, solving queries) Working to improve the existing reporting templates and tools (Excel) Taking part in the weekly and monthly team meetings of the Finance Team Support for Concur and SAP interface  Development of suggestions for improvement and analysis of weak points Compliance with tax requirements for travel expense reporting Creating documents (instructions) for travelers

 

Your Qualifications

 

You are a student You are fluent in English and/or German (B1 or B2 level) You are familiar with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) You are interested in finance processes in line with Schaeffler defined policies & procedures You are a team player and willing to share knowledge and learn new tasks You have the ability to prioritize tasks and you are detail oriented You have very good organizational and planning skills You are interested in developing your skills in using finance tools (Concur) and/or other advanced applications (Service Now) You are an open person eager to learn, with a positive attitude and enthusiasm You would like to gain valuable experience and work in an international company
