Travel & Expense Specialist with French
**The position** Looking for a role where you are responsible not only for processing and monitoring of Travel & Expense tasks, but also take part in process optimization and development of further innovative projects within GBS Center? Help us build T&E Team for European markets. **Tasks & responsibilities** + You efficiently, effectively and accurately process and monitor of expense reports in SAP Concur, in line with tax, legal requirements and BI internal guidelines + You manage and prioritize efficiently T&E tasks to ensure compliance + You actively assist and support T&E objectives in accordance with the management decision, you also ensure and monitor that T&E processes work properly + You actively communicate and support BI employees in any T&E related queries (ServiceNow tickets and phone calls) + You support Concur end users through organizing training sessions and preparing different training materials + You create and maintain internal process documentation **About our future employee** You should speak English and French fluently (min. B2 level) and have at least 2 years of professional experience in the accounting area, preferably in T&E or Accounts Payable for any French speaking country.
