Help in using the SAP Concur tool for booking or expense reports;Help with creating an expense report/ help with booking;Offer assistance in creating a Hertz Gold account;Help with the account reactivation (employee) / Profile update/Michelin and external account reactivation;Help with the miscellaneous questions on travel policy;Research and explanation of expenses;Help with the various questions about the tool;Invoice research, claims management, problem-solving in the tool or with service providers (Hertz, CWT...);Work with level 2 support, for technical problems; work with Travel Manager for intranet update or chatbot update;Chat bot update and analysis;Activity monitoring: weekly indicators, monthly indicators, indicator sharing meeting with Travel Specialist T&E;CWT back-office processing (invoice requests).In Michelin we offer:
