Travel Experience Counselor II
*Purpose of the Role –* * Provides consultative customer support services to clients via multiple channels. *Main Responsibilities –* · Creates and completes travel arrangements (car, hotel, air, rail) for moderately complex accounts. · Sells products that are of commercial value to CWT and contribute to CWT’s profitability; sells “add on” attachments (hotel, other); upsells targeted areas of travel. · Acts as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations that provide the best traveler experience in each situation. · Resolves moderately complex problems with potentially non-standard and multi-destinations, ticket exchanges, and complex fares. · Escalates more complex problems to more experienced staff. · Assignments include both routine and non-routine work. *Experience & Education–* · Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Good travel industry knowledge. · Skilled in GDS and other booking tools used by CWT. · Strong knowledge of travel destinations, itineraries, and travel trends. · 2 years of experience working in a customer service environment including 2 years as a travel counselor. · Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. **Job:** **Travel Counselors* **Organization:** **TX_Global Operations (Exec)* **Title:** *Travel Experience Counselor II* **Location:** *Gurgaon* **Requisition ID:** *24000087*
