Main Responsibilities

· To ensure excellent service is delivered to customer

o Provide consultancy on every aspects of travel requirement i.e. document and visa arrangement, insurance policy, etc. which comply to travel policy

o Provide suitable recommendations of routing and ticketing to clients with best buy policy

· Reply to all messages and queries within the given time frame

· Build and maintain good client relationships

· Keep up to date the supplier’s promo rate on file and ensure filing is auctioned and filed correctly/ neatly

Experience education:

· Experience

o Minimum of diploma degree of Tourism

o 1-2 years experience in similar position, fresh graduate is also welcome to apply

· Languages

o Fluent in English both written and verbal communication

· Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs)

o Certified on Sabre / Amadeus is compulsory

o Ability to work effectively with the systems and procedures

o Attentive to detail

o Strong problem solving skills
