Main Responsibilities

· To ensure excellent service is delivered to customer

o Provide consultancy on every aspects of travel requirement i.e. document and visa arrangement, insurance policy, etc. which comply to travel policy

o Provide suitable recommendations of routing and ticketing to clients with best buy policy

· Reply to all messages and queries within the given time frame

· Build and maintain good client relationships

· Keep up to date the supplier’s promo rate on file and ensure filing is auctioned and filed correctly/ neatly

Qualifications

Experience education:

·Experience

oMinimumof 3 years of experience in a similar position

oHaving experience in TMC will be an advantage

oExperience in using GDS like Sabre and Amadeus

o Have basic reservation knowledge

·Languages

oFluentinEnglishbothwrittenandverbalcommunication

·Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs)

oCertifiedonSabre/Amadeusiscompulsory
