Key Responsibilities:Coordinate interstate and international travel to various sites, including flights, accommodation and car hirePoint of contact for all travel related issues and concernsProcess tax invoices and expense claimsOrganisation of PPE, ordering and collection for new personnelData entry including recording and updating employee information for complianceAssist with mobilisation when required
What you’ll bring:Previous experience in an administrative role and Intermediate Microsoft Suite knowledgeGood attention to detail with written & verbal communication skills, interpersonal skillsConfidence & maturity to liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholdersGood organisational & time management. with a friendly & helpful work ethic
