The Amergis Division is currently seeking highly skilled RN-Home Health at Haven Home Health in Richland, WA 99352 Position Description: + The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible for providing and documenting skilled one-on-one nursing care in accordance with the physician-ordered individualized patient care plan. This care is provided mostly in the patient’s home or a residential setting but can transfer outside the home during appointments and other activities the nurse may accompany the patient to. Minimum Requirements: + Graduate of an accredited school of nursing + Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state in which the RN will practice + Current CPR if applicable + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable + Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age Job Description: No patients that need Tranche or Vent care. Mostly just general daily care, medication management and companionship. Shift 1: 1 Need, Nights 3 x 12hrs Fri-Sun Sunnyside, WA Shift 2: 1 Need, Days: 4 x 8hrs & 1 x 6hrs, Mon-Fri Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 8hrs in Richland, WA Wed 6hrs in Pasco, WA Shift 1: 2 different patients. Visits 1 patient for their NOC shift, and a different patient for the 2 day shifts. Shift 4: 2 different families. 1 patient for the 4 days in Richland, 1 patient for the 1 days in Pasco.
