The Amergis Division is currently seeking highly skilled RN-Home Health in Richland, WA 99352
Position Description: As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing and documenting skilled one-on-one nursing care in accordance with the physician-ordered individualized patient care plan. This care is primarily provided in the patient’s home or a residential setting but may extend to appointments and other activities outside the home.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
+ Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)
+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
+ Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
Job Description:
+ No patients requiring tracheostomy or ventilator care
+ General daily care, medication management, and companionship
Shift Details:
Shift 1:
+ Nights: 3 x 12-hour shifts (Fri-Sun) in Sunnyside, WA
+ Patients: 2 different patients (1 for NOC shift, 1 for day shifts)
Shift 2:
+ Days: 4 x 8-hour shifts & 1 x 6-hour shift (Mon-Fri)
+ Locations: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri in Richland, WA; Wed in Pasco, WA
+ Patients: 2 different families (1 patient for 4 days in Richland, 1 patient for 1 day in Pasco)
Compensation:
Travel Pay:
+ $37/hr x 36 hrs = $1,332/week
+ Meals: $476/week + Housing: $770/week = $1,246/week
+ Weekly Total: $2,578/week
Local Pay:
+ $65/hr x 36 hrs = $2,340/week
