The CSS TSSM Travel Technology Manager is responsible for assessing travel technology projects requests to determine the appropriate solution approach, understanding requests for changes to identify the best implementation strategy, and applying the selected solutions to ensure business problems are effectively resolved. Additionally, this role involves proactively identifying opportunities for improvements and reviewing them with customers, as well as participating in or leading technology projects for customers or countries. 

 

As a CSS TSSM Travel Technology Manager, you will

Conduct assessment in a logical way, replicate error or test situation if possible. Coordinate activities with a range of internal or external teams across various topics Execute small to highest complex configuration changes (many systems, many logics, many interactions and dependencies) Respect defined and agreed service level agreements Demonstrate excellent customer service and develop customer centric communication Conduct trainings & presentations to external customers Support defined and agreed productivity targets

 

About you

Previous experience in the travel industry Previous project management experience Knowledge of GDS Sabre and/or Amadeus is required Administration knowledge of online booking tool is required Administration knowledge of travel agent technology  is required Professional education (Business Travel Agent) or equivalent experience Ability to communicate in the English language (both written and spoken)
