**Description** **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring motivated **Licensed Journeyman Electricians** for projects located in and around **Hiawatha, IA** . This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is **up to $45/hour** based on experience & skill level plus **$120/Per Diem** **for Travelers of 60+ miles from the job site.** If you are an Electrician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! **Job Scope:** + Install & repair electrical wirings, systems, & fixtures for solar projects + Utilize hand & hydraulic benders to bend conduit + Install conduit & pipes for wires & cables + Ensure compliance with code + Ensure all installations comply with local codes & regulations + Work with installation team to complete projects on time + Perform proper repairs & corrections + Test electrical components to ensure proper installation + Utilize ladders & scaffolding when necessary + Interpret & follow blueprints & electrical schematics + Collaborate with project managers & other team members to ensure timely project completion + Other tasks as assigned **Requirements:** + 3+ Years of Experience with Solar + Must have a Class A or B License + Must have a Valid DL + Reliable Transportation + PV Experience Preferred **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
