Inpatient Pharmacist Start: ASAP Schedule: 7 on 7 off (Tues-Mon), 9 PM - 7:30 AM, One 12hr shift (8am-8PM) and three 9hr shifts (7:30am -5pm or 12pm-9:30PM) per week. Responsibilities: - Dose anticoagulants, pharmacokinetics, renal meds, and warfarin. - Prepare IV meds using sterile technique. - Collaborate with healthcare team for optimal patient care.
