Inpatient Pharmacist
Start: ASAP 
Schedule:  7 on 7 off (Tues-Mon), 9 PM – 7:30 AM, One 12hr shift (8am-8PM) and three 9hr shifts (7:30am -5pm or 12pm-9:30PM) per week.
Responsibilities: – Dose anticoagulants, pharmacokinetics, renal meds, and warfarin. – Prepare IV meds using sterile technique. – Collaborate with healthcare team for optimal patient care.
Qualifications: – Licensed pharmacist. – Must have inpatient experience.  – Skilled in dosing and IV preparation. – Must live 75 miles from 62864.
