HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, in Deer Park, TX is looking for a Traveling Admin to travel with their safety conscious team during turn around season! This team member is responsible for the successful execution of all administrative duties and assisting with day-to-day personnel operations at various customer locations throughout the US. The admin position serves as representative of HPC-Industrial n creating a continuous working relationship with clients/customers. The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate the processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and administrative functions as assigned to support the traveling turn around team. 70% traveling is required. TWIC card preferred.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Industrial settings – Refinery, Petro-Chemical, Utilities, Pulp and Paper Mills, etc.

Skills and Experience required for this position.
1 or more years of clerical experience, accounting, bookkeeping, office management. Must be extremely organized, detailed oriented and have strong customer relations skills. Must have ability to multi-task and work independently to meet deadlines. Computer background working with Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word and Office a must. Trac time keeping experience preferred. TWIC card required. Traveling for extended periods of time is required. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to maintain effective professional relationships while leading/mentoring in a team atmosphere A team player, with the ability to be a collaborative team member and supportive leader Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner.
