Overview Bright Now! Dental is seeking a Travel Orthodontic Coordinator to join our dynamic team! As a Travel Orthodontic Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient care and an organized, efficient orthodontic experience across multiple office locations. Schedule (days/hours) M-F 7-5 Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage orthodontic schedules for multiple office locations. Assist in onboarding and supporting orthodontic teams across offices. Ensure efficient patient flow, maintaining consistent communication between offices, staff, and patients. Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding them through their orthodontic journey. Help with treatment planning, treatment progress, and follow-up to ensure timely appointments and treatment completion. Maintain patient records and ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation. Travel between Bright Now! Dental offices as needed.
