Traveling Senior Superintendent
Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Senior Superintendent to join our team. Starting in late March, our client will be sending their lead superintendent to start a new project. They need someone with experience to close out this or a different project as the lead superintendent. The projects could be anywhere from Utah to Florida, but currently, they are in Cumberland City, TN. Our clients will be working for a prime contractor to support the construction of all support buildings $50M project, around a larger $5B project. The ongoing project is in Cumberland City, TN. The most important part of their projects is SAFETY to the highest standards. Then also act as liaison and guide to help subcontractors who do not know how to work with a large client like Kiewit navigate the paper work and compliance standards. These projects are essentially commercial building projects in the middle of a very large very active industrial construction site. This project involves erecting pre-engineered steel buildings (PEMB) that will house mechanical systems and office spaces. These superintendents will continue onto more projects where they will serve as the lead superintendent. Other ongoing projects include but not limited to: Water Treatment plant & Microsoft Data Center.

The role requires on-site presence, working 5 10-hour days and 8-hour Saturday's when needed. The projects are located across the US, with current sites in Cumberland City, TN, and Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $200000.00/hr.
