The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. These builds are being constructed by our turnkey, high producing, self-perform established team.

 

Here's how a(n) Traveling Site Superintendent -Solar Utility Scale Build for our Solar USA office contributes to our team:

Responsibilities Oversee all on-site construction activities for large-scale solar utility projects. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate with owners, project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project progress and risk while providing regular updates to stakeholders. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Coordinate pre-construction and procurement activities. Manage site logistics, including material deliveries and equipment management. Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of project management and execution. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Superintendent, preferably in the renewable energy sector. Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to travel extensively and work in various locations. A sense of urgency throughout the build timeline while delivering a constant positive and well-organized message on the schedule and production rates. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
