Traveling Superintendent

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Traveling Superintendent based out of the Knoxville area. This role will be working on new builds and remodels of retail store fronts
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to plans.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
Compensation:
$75,000to $90,000 per year annual salary
Pre Diem
Milage Reimbursement
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
