Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to join our team and travel to various states for retail construction projects. These projects will involve smaller but high-volume retail establishments such as Walgreens, Starbucks, T-Mobile, and Verizon. The successful candidate will participate in rollouts at pilot sites and then proceed to new projects, collaborating with subcontractors to ensure smooth project initiation. This salaried role may involve periods of downtime between projects where the candidate will remain at home. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can troubleshoot in real-time and ensure production and standards goals are met.

The role requires extensive travel, up to 70% of the year, with some trips at short notice. All travel and accommodation expenses will be covered by the company, though you will need to arrange your own travel plans. The position involves working closely with subcontractors on-site to oversee and manage various retail construction projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $48.00/hr.
