Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with over 10 years of experience to oversee a ground-up commercial project that includes extensive site work. The ideal candidate has experience managing several ground-up construction projects, including PEMB (Pre-engineered metal buildings).

This company is a design-builder of general and business aviation facilities and commercial projects nationwide. They specialize in corporate flight departments, fixed base operations, aviation completion and maintenance facilities, aviation paint hangars, and commercial facilities. This project is located in Grand Junction, CO at the airport. The initial project involves a maintenance hangar with shop office space, a 40,000 sq ft area, two stair towers with elevators, extensive storm water work, and apron work. The project will have sequencing challenges and require interaction with the client. The work environment is team-oriented, with a focus on mentorship and a fun office culture. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $62.00
