**Traveling Superintendents** Ultimate LLC is **immediately hiring Traveling Superintendents** for commercial projects in the **Midwest** area. The pay range is **$27-32.50** per hour based on experience. All Traveling Superintendents are scheduled 50+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit. **Ultimate Job Duties** + Walmart Remodel Projects + Use hand and electric tools to cut, fabricate, and install framework components + Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, interior and exterior trim, and other wooden fixtures + Oversee and manage crews as large as 30 + Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure compliance with project timelines. + Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site. + Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and compliance with specifications. + Maintain accurate records of project progress and report to senior management. **Ultimate Traveling Superintendents Requirements** + 5+ years of Commercial Supervisory Experience + Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots) + Must have basic hand tools to perform trade + Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance **Benefits of Working at Ultimate LLC?** + Weekly pay + Health Insurance + Dental and Vision Coverage + Referral bonus program + Pay increase based on quality of craftsmanship + Tool purchase Program + PPE Reimbursement Program + Paid OSHA training
