Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead AV Installation Technician to oversee the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of advanced audio-visual systems for commercial and residential projects. As a Lead Technician, you will manage installation teams, provide technical expertise, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. This position requires extensive AV knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering superior customer service. This position is 75% national travel and 25% off work (Travel is typically Sunday-Thursday/Friday and includes per diem plus travel expenses paid for). Active Secret clearance required.
