As thetreasurer,you'll ensure the company has the necessary resources to support its growth and financial objectives. In this role, you’ll be responsible for capital management, risk management, financial operations, and reinsurance. Reporting to the chief finance officer, you'll oversee corporate procurement, real estate, and investor relations, while driving financial decisions and ensuring the company’s long-term financial strength and flexibility.

Must-have qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or related field of study and a minimum of ten years of business experience, with five years in a managerial role.In lieu of a degree, a minimum of thirteen years of business experience, with five years in a managerial role.

Preferred skills

Solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting including GAAP, tax, statutory and internal cost accounting conventions - specific experience in Treasury or Investments, and an MBA Ability to establish strategic direction and provide operational oversightDemonstrated influencing and persuasion skills to achieve desired resultsCapable of developing and maintaining effective internal and external relationshipsAbility to lead and mentor staff to achieve tangible business results and outcomes

Compensation

Base: $276,000 – $365,000/yearGainshare bonus up to 150% of your eligible earnings based on company performanceParticipation in our restricted stock units plan
