We’re a team of dedicated people driving this mission by providing better, faster, and cheaper ways to access food through technology.  Role overview The Treasury Operation function is crucial in managing a company's financial resources, ensuring liquidity, and optimizing cash flow. They play a key role in maintaining financial health, supporting growth initiatives, and meeting financial obligations. In this role, you will be a key member of the team, providing support in day-to-day banking-related operational matters, bank reconciliations, month-end and year-end activities at the group level. Main Responsibilities + Review all invoices related to Accounts Payable to ensure compliance with the internal process. + Track, review, and process payments on the bank portal at the group level and make sure that all the invoices are paid on time. + Ensure that bank reconciliations and entries are recorded in a timely manner. + Assist in managing the internal funding requirements of the organization.. + Assist the senior accountant in the preparation of cash flow and forecasts for all group entities on a monthly basis. + Optimize cash utilization and manage cash reserves in alignment with the company's objectives + Oversee and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions  + Identify and assess potential financial risks related to cash flow, exchange rates, and interest rates + Streamline treasury processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. + Initiate and assess procedures and policies related to the processing of payments and cash inflows and outflows, participating in system enhancements for Treasury Operations. Ideal Candidate + Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance, and a relevant Professional Qualification. + 2-3 years of accounting experience. + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel. + Ability to work with little to no supervision. + Accuracy, attention to detail & deadline-oriented. + Drive quality and accountability of results from initial input collection to final outcomes + Build strong relationships, establish trust, identify needs and motivate teams to drive operational and strategic priorities Powered by JazzHR
