At evoke, the Group Treasury team is essential to our success. With a global presence across Leeds, London, Malta, and Romania, we manage financial assets, liabilities, and risks to ensure stability and drive operational efficiency. From cash and liquidity management to compliance and M&A support, our team plays a critical role in supporting the business’s financial health.
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Treasury Administrator to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager, you will be key in supporting our day-to-day treasury activities and driving improvements across the function. This role will suit you if you have a real desire to grow and develop within the role and the Finance function. What you will be doing: Know Your Customer and bank mandate administration, including collecting supporting documents, completing forms and signaturesMaintain a consolidated tracker of open itemsLiaise with relevant teams at our relationship banksIdentify opportunities to streamline and simplify processes, and implement necessary changesLeverage existing platforms to automate routine tasksRegularly attending the London office (2-3 days per week) to deal with physical paperwork Who we are looking for: We are committed to responsible gambling, and we are looking for people who can support our ethos.
