The impact you’ll make: 

As a Treasury Analyst, you will play an impactful role as a liaison for our home office and offshore teams around cash management, tax preparation, and other accounting related matters ensuring accuracy and completion, directly impacting the financial position of Edible Brands. 

What that looks like day to day: 

Ensure the efficient accurate management of the company’s banking operations, verifying all funds are appropriately banked and the financial position of the company is well calculated dailyEnsure conformity of company’ bank account with IFR Standards. Reconciling of bank statements against the GL, and clearing accounts assignedWork cross-functionally on tax planning and filing, ensuring tax regulations are compliant with established standardsCheck and verify cash transactions, investigating and proposing possible resolutions for any discrepanciesResponsible for following up on financial proceedings, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.Working closely with AR/AP to ensure payments and receivables are processedMaintain and manage all financial records, logs, spreadsheets, and registersProvide input, advise and process improvement recommendations to Stakeholders that will maximize revenue and profit Supporting internal and offshore teams with miscellaneous questions, projects and processes  

Requirements: 

1-3 years’ general corporate accounting / treasury analyst experienceBachelor's Degree in Accounting, or in any relevant fieldProficient with core data applications needed to process and ensure accurate discrepancy research, maintenance and resolution, these applications are but not limited to MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, QuickBooks, Great Plains.Experience working with offshore teams highly preferred
