TelevisaUnivision is seeking a talented Treasury Analyst based in Teaneck, NJ with emphasis on the bank administration cash management.  This individual must be a strategic and creative thinker, a self-starter, and a collaborator willing to learn and share ideas.

Job Responsibilities

Bank administrator for online bank systems (i.e., CashPro, Banco Popular, JPM Access, etc.)Initiate and/or approve ACH/wire transfersReconcile monthly the bank activity of wire transfersManage bank relationships with our key banking partnersOrganize and maintain corporate and subsidiary bank documents and records; coordinate all account opening/closings and signature cards as needed.Coordinate and validate debt interest payments and accrualsAssist on managing the company’s AR and Bank RevolversAssist on managing the company’s Letters of CreditMaintain proficiency in all relevant policies and procedures, including the ability to articulate and enforce them as requiredResearch and respond to inquiries (internal and external) regarding Treasury, as well as, inquiries that require additional explanation or copies of supporting documentation.Effectively communicate both oral and written resolution of issues with all levels of Business StakeholdersAssist with other Treasury tasks and / or special projects, as needed

Required Skills & Experience

Ideal candidate will have a BA / BS degree in Accounting / FinanceBilingual in English and SpanishProficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint)5+ years of relevant work experience
