Treasury Analyst
Facilitates daily treasury operations, provides accurate cash reporting and assists with bank structure management and some risk management activities. Provides primary on-going support for Treasury Management System. Supports treasury operations’ digitization and process improvement initiatives. Produces reports to aid in the forecasting of cash needs for the business and assists with other treasury functions. Works cross functionally with other departments and subsidiary business units to solve cash and treasury operational issues.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Assist in the execution of the daily cash management duties across banking portals. Work with bankers and internal stakeholders, including IT, in driving digitization/process improvements surrounding cash and treasury operations Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on the global cash position Heavy involvement in implementation of TMS and maximizing system efficiency; provide on-going maintenance of system Act as a treasury liaison with other departments and subsidiary business units in handling bank inquiries and related matters Maintain positive banking relationships with treasury management/depository banks Complete high volume bank account reconciliations Assist in developing cash forecasts for review by management. Assist in maintaining banking records and legal documentation including SOX- and FBAR-related documentation Monitor and analyze bank fees including credit card and cash management expenses Implement approved solutions to strengthen operational controls and incorporate best practices. Assist in the development of treasury policies and procedures Assist other departments (e.g., FP&A, accounting) with month- and quarter-end and ad-hoc information requests as needed Provide information in connection with the external and internal audits Assist with presentation material for investors, rating agencies or senior management, as neededQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field; MBA preferred Experience working within a TMS on a daily basis (implementation experience strongly preferred) 3-5 years of treasury experience Knowledge of the banking treasury management products Experience in reconciling high volume, complex bank accounts High level of proficiency in MS Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable leading multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated ability to embrace change and drive process improvement Ability to work independently and collaboratively; self-starter mentality Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be well-organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize effectively Pre-Screen Upon offer, employees may be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.
