Job Summary

This position will report to the Treasury Manager and will be responsible for supporting news, studio, and production operations across all domestic business lines in relation to banking matters. The individual will assist senior management with opening, closing, and updating bank accounts for news and production operations, managing bank portal access for production users, fostering bank relationships, driving process improvements, and handling other related tasks as assigned in the US and Canada.

Job Responsibilities

The Treasury Analyst supports bank account onboarding, service maintenance, bank portal administration, and payment instruments for production accounts.Coordinates the integration with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and ERP systems for preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and compliance/audit reports.Provides customer support, including training and guidance on treasury systems as needed.Support bank account onboarding, service maintenance, bank portal administration, cash & check deposits, and integration with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and ERP systems.Assist with data collection for annual KYC (Know Your Customer) banking reviews as required by banking partners.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

· Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

· Strong ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels and functions.

· Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in teams.

· English language knowledge level advanced.

· Advanced proficiency with Excel, including pivots, lookups, and formulas.

· 2-3 years of experience in treasury, accounting, finance/shared services.

· Hands-on experience with SAP or other Treasury Management Systems and online banking platforms.

· Knowledge of international banking practices.

· Business fluency in English.

· Familiarity with leading banking platforms (e.g., BOA, JPM, Citi, WFB) is a plus.
